Zazen Onsen in the Center Station is a sulfate onsen whose rather hot water is transparent and has an odor typical of onsen. A sauna is also available separate from the bathtub.
It is a sodium, calcium, sulfate spring with a temperature of 55.4 degrees centigrade (extra hot) and a ph of 6.9 (neutral). The onsen is said to be effective for arteriosclerosis, cuts, burns and others.
