Katashina Village

Ryugu Hut

Ryugu Hut is the only lodge located at Ryugu Jujiro (crossing), which is a two-and-a-half hour walk from Hatomachi Toge.
As it is situated at the center of the Ozegahara Marsh, Ryugu Hut serves as a convenient starting point of the routes to various places irrespective of the season. Thanks to its excellent location with the marsh spreading in every direction and closeness to photo shooting spots, many photographers stay there.
You will find Ryugu Hut convenient as an accommodation for mountain climbing and photography, a turning back point for a one-day mountain climbing trip and a resting spot in Oze.
From the Ryugu Jujiro in front of the accommodation you will have a great view of Mt. Shibutsu to the west and Mt. Hiuchigatake to the east.
